Manti-LaSal National Forest: Ferron, Price, & Sanpete Ranger Districts

The Manti Division of the Manti-La Sal National Forest is situated in Utah's Castle Country and Panoramaland. It encompasses approximately 800,000 acres and was established in 1903, at the request of local citizens, to protect vital watersheds. Major uses and resources of the National Forests are forage, outdoor recreation, timber, water, and wildlife.
